Orthopaedics

Dr. Robert Bruckman was trained in Orthopedic Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital and University of New York City. After serving in the United States Air Force, he practiced in Marin County as an orthopedic surgeon for 25 years. He has been on the teaching faculty of University of California, San Francisco in the orthopedic program. Dr. Bruckman continues as a consultant in Workers’ Compensation issues for Sutter Healthcare, Marin General Hospital and Novato Community Hospitals. He is the author of a major internationally used guideline on the Workers’ Compensation system and is an internal consultant on issues relating to disability and disability management. He is an experienced orthopedic surgeon with experience in all areas of orthopedic surgery and serves as an independent and Qualified Medical evaluator, and has served as a civil litigation expert evaluator and witness in all aspects of orthopedic injuries.
